These are really good cameras for the price .I tried them out connecting to an old dell monitor to make sure everything was working then started to work out were to put the cameras and the cable run .I wanted to get the app for my phone so I could look at it while installing the camera (very handy when you are up a ladder ) but the app wouldn't except my serial number so after a couple of emails to the help desk I was told to change to the ATCLOUD App it was up and running in minutes well done Sannce help desk . I bought outdoor junction boxes to put the connectors in but really didn't want these boxes on the outside of the house so I bought this stuff called heat shrink just cut to the length of the connectors then put a heat gun on it, it shrinks down around the connectors making them water tight if there are any gaps you can use a touch of silicon to fill it. I ran all the cables through the roof space and down into my spare bedroom ,connected the dvr box to the TV using a hdmi cable 4 picture perfect cameras on screen ,overall I thought this system was of good quality and easier to install than I thought would definitely recommend to family and friends .Ps to view on your phone or iPad you have to connect to your router I ran a length of outdoor Ethernet cable from my router to the dvr box .

I installed this at an elderly customers house who was being taking advantage of from rouge gardeners who asked for payment upfront then disappeared. I installed this in a matter of around 4 hours fully up and running and was simple and straight forward with no issues. Quality is excellent and plenty of wire to get to the furthest reaches. I installed this with a computer monitor which works flawlessly, motion detection is also very good and very easy to setup up.Overall dont let the price put you off - its a great system for the moneyWould be nice if a few CCTV warning stickers were included in the box though

Nice set up clear pictures. No hard disk drive with this unit but we'll worth the price. Easy to add up To 8 cameras.But would have to buy the extra 4 cameras,leads and 8power lead adapter.Great box for a not expensive price.

This is one great security surveillance camera system. Firstly I would like to point out that the product was dispatched very quickly and received earlier than expected. The packaging was absolutely great too as you can see from the images. You get 4 camera which are weather proof with the relevant screws to mount on the wall. The actual picture picture quality was tested and very clear on my iPad which was successfully connected through the WiFi. Also tested the night vision and the motion detection which worked really well. Overall, for the price I paid for this, it’s absolutely great value for your money. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s looking to install security cameras.

I obviously missed there is no hard drive supplied with this setup??? Bought a 500GB hard drive for £11.49 so not too bad. Night vision is pretty rubbish but daytime is certainly good. Templates for camera fixings are a great help. Setting up the DVR was sort of Ok but anyone without a bit of IT knowledge will struggle.

Brilliant system. REALLY easy to set up. Plug in, connect the cameras (name them if you want). I installed my own spare hard drive, the system recognised and formatted it. Picture quality it great (HD). Mobile app easy to set up and use and you can connect from anywhere (securely).True value for money !!

I purchased this system having ran a Sannce system for about 5 years and it started to 'play up', dropping the net connection etc and needing frequent re-boots. I stuck with them as cost was low and it does the job, however I encountered technical problems that they were unable to resolve.The cameras images were cycling on and off about every 5 seconds. Problem is their help line is in not in the UK, so no matter what UK time I sent a message I had to wait about 24 Hrs to pick up the response as they came through at 3.00am ish. Their technical line was unable to resolve and they did also ask me questions that I had already provided answers to in the initial contact form.At the finish I had to give up, I told Sannce I wanted a refund and I would have to strip out the whole system.I bought a system from another manufacturer and at great inconvenience I had to strip the whole system from the premises.I received a refund (Amazon were fine), and the new system (Annke) was installed and works brilliantly. I then received Emails from Sannce support saying we understand we have resolved matters and we have not heard from you. I told them the story but it was just going around in circles so they just closed my query off.I suppose like many have said on here, their systems are low cost, so you pay your money and take your chances.

Great value for money with good steady quality image the unit itself really is plug and play even if you've chosen the option to install your own hdd the process again is a simple open and connect operation the operating system itself is a widely used program simple to navigate with plenty of options for personalising it to your own needs to cable length on the cameras is more than long enough for average Irish house size
