Great little saw for clean and fine cuts
As expected, this is a great little saw for cutting fine dove tails and really most things that I am too lazy to grab a tenon saw for. Only limitation is its depth of cut, but easy to maintain and cuts like a charm, definitely one of my most used saws.

I bought this because it looked like a good cheap option for cutting guitar fret slots
I bought this because it looked like a good cheap option for cutting guitar fret slots. While the saw itself is sharp and not flimsy, The blade is not particularly straight or rigid. In a real pinch it might do for this job,but i would recommend spending 10* more on some Sheffield steel.I cant judge it too harshly as this is not its stated purpose but no saw should have a wonky blade. As a modelling saw for cutting balsa etc it would be more than enough. just not precision work with harder woods.

Perfect size for fret slots.
Bought for refretting a guitar and clearing the existing slots. Cheaper than dedicated fret slotting saw.

Really good saw.
Very pleased with this. Very thin blade. I ordered instead of a japanese saw as I felt it would be stronger but still suitable for those fine, close-up cuts. I was correct.
