Product arrived within two days, packaging lacking soft filler. A little bubble wrap as box filler was also expected for computer parts, product and delivery box sizes were very different leaving room for product to move/bounce inside.Otherwise parts work as intended, very happy.Enough to purchase again.

Runs at advertised speeds. (Tried a 'mild' overclock out of curiosity and they remained stable). So far I have put a pair of these on a board with a pair of Samsung dimms and a pair of Crucial dimms and they got along fine in dual channel mode. For the past 6 weeks I have used them for a test rig for a NAS build using a ZFS file system (i know, I should use EEC memory for that) and they have worked flawlessly under stress test loads.

I was looking for extra memory to upgrade an old HP Proliant NAS which has been languishing unused for years. I spent ages looking for something suitable with various recommendations being made online (often differing) and regularly £100 plus cost!. Anyway took a punt on this at £25. Removed old memory and plugged the two modules in, rebooted and I have 16gb memory working. No messing with bios etc! Great value.

Product does everything it says on the tin. Naturally easy to install, just make sure (safely) that if you're a beginner you know what you're doing first and to check that your motherboard slots are for DDR-3 and that there is one spare or you know which one you're swapping out. Most motherboards say in very small writing beside the slots, else safely remove a current chip and check its labels/markings. This is a very easy and cost-effective way to instantly improve the performance of your PC and with the fast delivery service and reasonable specs I would definitely buy again from my experience.

Unfortunately one of the RAM modules of the 2 x 8GB kit that I initially bought was not working.I spent plenty of time checking the module in the other RAM slot and also in those of an alternative computer.Disappointed as one 8GB module was working fine, as was another single 8GB unit I had previously purchased.Update: Hassle free return via. Amazon.Second update: Many months later after a further reduction in the price of the 2 x 8GB units, I bought more Timetec RAM and both units are working fine in my desktop computer, now running with the maximum RAM for my motherboard, a total of 16GB RAM.My star rating has been increased to reflect all of my experience with the 5 RAM modules I tried, one of which I could not get to work, but also of my trouble free returns experience with Amazon.

Admittedly, I was double minded because I hadn't heard of the make Timetec. Also, I was concerned about compatibility with my motherboard because I've only used Crucial branded RAM for my PC which currently had 8 GB RAM installed. However, having Googled Timetec and watched some Youtube reviews, my mind was at some ease although not fully satisfied.Having said that, once I replaced my original with now 16GB of Timetec RAM......I'm so glad I did!!! My PC running on both Win 10 & Win 7 (dual boot) picked up the new installed hardware with NO issues whatsoever. Applications are running much more smoothly and system appears to be much faster!Timetec Hynix RAM is definitely money well spent and much cheaper compared to the branded makes!

i was building a budget gaming pc for £170 and came across this ram, it was easy to unbox and works fine 10/10

Part of a gpu and ram upgrade.Turned up nice and quick, easy to install just plug and play. Doubled my ram capacity and been running games no problem at all. Turned a free pc into a half decent gaming one for almost nothing.

Wonderful to upgrade and old 4GB RAM to 16GB. Makes the old PC work great extending its' life for a while longer before needing to upgrade.
