This tape is very thick and sticks very well. I bought it to wrap my couch during a move and because my senior cats were struggling with inappropriate peeing. It works great and kept my couch clean and pee free!

It will not stick to fabric furniture

I have cats who won’t stop scratching the furniture. I tried the double sided sticky sheets which wouldn’t stick except to the throws on the couch. This came with upholstery pins which gave added holding power. No more scratching!!

This has stopped my cat from scratching our new chair! However the sticky doesn’t work that well as I have to press the plastic into the chair every now and again.

So far, so good! I bought this to protect our new couch from our cats, especially one who loves to shred the couch. I was skeptical, but it has been nearly a month and she doesn't like it and instead uses a scratch pad near the couch. I have not had to cover the entire fabric, which is not cloth, not leather, not quite microfiber. I'm not sure what it is, but the very strong adhesive does not harm it if pulled off, even now. Application was easy and can be repositioned without affecting the stickiness. The ability to cut to size was convenient. I bought a large roll and there is plenty.
