I ordered a bunch of roses and the quality was not very good. So I contacted the seller who re contacted me very promptly and sent a second delivery of roses. The second flowers were excellent quality. Very good customer service & prompt response.

These are the most gorgeous roses I've seen in years, what stunning colours and true to the picture. Would definitely buy these again.

Hi, I received the flowers on Sunday and although they did not look great I have waited a few days expecting them to improve after the transportation. However they now appear to be dying and look like petals are about to drop. It’s disappointing considering the cost and I would either like a refund or some replacement fresh flowers. I am not in today but someone will be in tomorrow.
