Very sharp
I bought these primarily for cutting scones but I found I have to be super careful as these are so sharp that can easily cut deeply into your hand. Be careful and if your kids are interested in baking , please buy them plastic cutters. Having said that they do the job nicely.

Well made, simple cutters that do the job.

Not non stick
Bought to make crumpets when I am in New Zealand (because NZ crumpets are stodgy!) These pastry cutters are thin, and they are rather sharp on the bottom, so be careful when using them. Even the largest of the 3 cutters is rather small, but I knew about that. The biggest issue is that they are not non stick, and batter sticks to the sides, and is very difficult to scrape off once it dries.

A nice little gingerbread cutter, it cuts easily, and it is easily cleaned.But it is pretty flimsy.
