So far so good.
Works well but potatoes need to be trimmed to fit. Uniformly sized chips, perfect after 25 mins at 180 C. in te air fryer

Time saver and consistent chips
Used quite a few times now, works well, seams sturdy and therefore I think has been great value. I initially found it needed a lot of strength to use, until I realised the blades need to go a specific way around. Makes fries in my air fryer now a quick healthy meal option.

Tough to use, but good results when you do
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have just used it.It cannot chip potatoes which are bigger than about 6 inches in length, because the space to put it in is not bigger than that. Also if you do put a potato in that "just" fits the space, then it is hard work to push the potato through the chipper. I am reasonably strong and I struggled with a full size potato. I thought the handle would snap when I did force it through. The "sucker" on the bottom was also... not very good. It didnt keep it stuck on my work surface. However, if you cut the potato to under 6 inch and then cut it in half lengthways, then it is much easier to push through. You get more wastage this way though, but not a great deal more. The "large" cutter (there are 2 in the box) cuts to about the size of "oven chips". I've no idea what I'd use the small cutter for as it looks tiny. I use the Philip's Air fryer, so the uniform shape and size of the chips is handy and they look better on the plate. It was quicker and better using this than a knife. Easy to clean. Robust enough (I didnt snap the handle and I really had to push down on it when I had a full potato in), but hard to use if you are not physically strong or dont cut the potatoes in half. Its debatable if its of use if you dont have many chips or if you're not that strong or if you have limited storage space. It does nothing that a decent knife and practice wont do. Its just more uniform and a bit faster... but not much.

cheap and useful.
This was so cheap that I wasn't expecting much. When it arrived I was so pleasantly surprised. Its a great little gadget for making chips. We are slimming world members and have syn free chips a lot using our actifry. This makes it so much easier and quicker than chopping by hand. We have found that it's also great at chopping onions for bolognaise, just top and tail, quarter then pop in this.It also comes with a grid of smaller squares which makes lovely carrot sticks. The grids just pop out by using a clip on the top (then slides out from the underside). The machine also comes with 2 different push plates which allow the vegetables to be pushed through. These also clip on and off simply. The machine also has a suction cup which is easy and effective.Overall this is easy to use and clean and makes a useful addition to your kitchen. We use it so muchtthat I can't understand why we never had one before.

Not the product listed in the advert! Buyer beware!
This item is clearly not the Item in the sales photo - I have had the one in the sales photo before and I found it very durable and worked well and that is why I bought this 1. however as you will see from the photos I have taken the item when it arrived was not the item in the photos and is not in fact in my opinion a kitchen craft potato chipper - it is a cheap knock off! For a start the blades slide in from the top whereas in the kitchen craft one they slide in from the bottom. this is a crucial difference because when they slide in from the bottom although it can be annoying if you forget to put the right blade you have to unsuck the chipper to change it. But what happens in the one that I received is that the blades slide in from the top and this means because they're not securely held (but by a pathetic plastic pip) when you try to chip a potato they often move out of the correct alignment causing the plunger to foul the cutting blades. An occurrence which in fact caused 1 of the blades to become broken!!! this chipper the 1 that I received is a complete piece of rubbish and was a complete waste of money - needless to say it is being returned. If the same thing happens - i.e. you get sent the one in my picture, and not the one in the sales picture - don't even bother using it - send it straight back!!!!!!!

Excellent chipper!
This french fries chipper is really good!!Providing, you accept the chips will be smaller than shop ones, nothing wrong with that, they taste just as nice! Don't try and force though large potato section sizes, make sure the potatoes are wet and that the cutting blade has been quickly rinsed before you start. You may need to cut potatoes into 2 or 3 sections. Put the pointiest section though first. With a bit of practice it is very easy and the bonus is it is very, very easy to clean, a simple rinse most of the time does the job. I have also found it helps to hold the top of the grid down firmly as you push through to cut the chips. French fries are easiest. Excellent machine, mind you having said that I have probably jinxed it now. Have fun!Update 22/04/22Still in perfect working order. Used it now dozens of times. The secret is to take it easy, don't force anything, one sharp movement is all it takes. Cut potatoes into smaller sizes so pointier bit is level towards the grid. Easy.
