A nice tablet to use for the money.
I was asked to write a product review by the supplier not for financial gain but to give an honest opinion on the tablet. This is my review as I see it.I like this tablet as it is very easy to use, durable and in quite a sturdy case. This was charged up for the recommended time and used the following day. Its quite fast when using the internet and usual browsing but I bought it for playing free games from play or google play. The majority of games run absolutely perfectly , but I have found that the tablet is not very good if trying to run a game that has a lot of visuals. The best example of this would be playing angry birds. The first game runs perfectly, but I downloaded ab 2 and this is very slow and freezes regularly. No other games do this apart from the one mentioned .Once deleted that was the only one causing a problem. Other than that everything else is excellent. A sturdy box containing all the things needed, The charger, adapter to connect a usb item to the tablet, it also includes a screen protector, and a tablet pen to use on the screen with a soft rubber tip. The battery time is about four hours continuous play which isn't bad considering it was bought for playing games primarily. There is a slot for micro sd cards which is easily accessed via the menu. All in all does exactly what it says on the box.

Crude and plastic-ey, but it all works.
A very basic 7" tablet. It's supplied as a little bundle of stuff, including a charger, but oddly, not a microUSB charger - it's more like an old phone charger with a single slim pin. You also get a couple of screen protectors in the box. The tab itself as is you'd expect from Android; it'll charge from microUSB, has an SD card slot and headphone socket. For less than fifty quid (I paid about thirty-six), you do indeed get a little Internet device, media player and whatnot. The screen is unfortunately visibly pixelated and horrible with bad viewing angles, the front-facing (only) camera is poor, and it doesn't seem to have any ability to update its firmware at all - there's no option for an update in the usual settings menu section. It's also kind of hard to recommend as a child's tablet, as there are no specific parental controls, and this is fully capable of running Chrome.Despite these issues, I'm loathe to completely carpet it; it would do fine as a music or podcast player (you have about 5gb free on-board, plus the SD card socket) and hey, even Skype is possible here. It's crude and plastic-ey, but it's all completely functional, and as such, remarkable that such a device is now so cheap. So long as you remember you get what you pay for, you'll be fine .The price on this item seems to be in flux. It's absolutely not worth the full RRP of £120, but at 75% off, you can take a chance here.

A tablet that delivers on price and quality, without costing you a fortune!
This is a pretty good Tablet, for the price and all. I've had a few tablets of different brands in the past, and I must say, the BTC Flame does stand up to many of them, in quality and build standards. The tablet is quite light weight with a nice feel to it, for those long sessions of holding it while reading a ebook or playing a game on it. The battery life is pretty good, for a 6 hour charge. The stylus works really well with the screen too, as I find some tablets have a tendency to not respond that well to the rubber end of a stylus, but this works extremely well, in that respect. The sound is good also, for the games, though for music apps like accu-radio or last.fm etc... I mostly use headphones, get more of a enjoyable listening to your favourite music, that way. It comes with a screen protector also, which is nice to have added bonuses and what not. It does come with a U.K plug charger, as I've read on the net, other's saying it only came with a USB cable, thought I'd clear that rumour up, for you guys on here. So to sum it all up, I really am well happy with this tablet, it does everything I want it to do, and doesn't break the bank, in the process, very affordable. So if your thinking of buying one, it may be your first tablet or your thinking of buying one for a family member, you really can't go far wrong with a tablet like the BTC Flame, it's just a great tablet that you can enjoy on the go or just at home, it's got top marks from me, personally.

good for its price
this was actually suprisingly really good for its price, obviously it had a few set backs like being a little slow and running out of charge quickly but for how cheap it was i was expecting a lot worse. good for people who already have a phone or computer and just need a back up but i wouldnt recomend for people who dont have anything else (if that makes sense)

Ok but far from brilliant.
For the price it's difficult to object too much. Don't compare it to an high-end tablet otherwise you'll be very disappointed. This was bought to run a simple point-of-sale app which bluetooth's to a chip & pin card reader. In this regard it works well enough. Two things you'll notice straight away; firstly the lousy field-of-view of the screen. Tilt the tablet on any axis and the the clarity of the screen diminishes significantly. You have to look at it dead-straight to get a half-decent image in front of you. Secondly the touch screen responds poorly, particularly on the edge of the screen. The app that I use has several key buttons placed right at the edge and it can be very frustrating trying to press them but it does work after some persistence. My Nexus 9 is worlds apart but 10x the price. It's an ok tablet but you can really feel the cheapness of it all.

Seriously disappointed!
Worked fine after 6 hour battery charge, screen was beautiful, sound was good, so I started to download some videos I wanted to watch. I couldn't open them to watch, then it went off and stayed off, so sadly I had to return it. I'm happy that it failed soon enough to be able to return it to Amazon but extremely disappointed that it failed at all. If one is fortunate to get a good one then I rejoice for you since I think they are terrific for the price! I suspect that the batteries are unable to hold sufficient charge since the machines are at least 3 years old and the batteries deteriorate too much in that time. Perhaps they should fit brand new batteries before shipping? Just a thought! Otherwise, I would have been satisfied with my choice had it not failed on the first day!
