I'm a 44 year old bloke and have struggled with problem skin, mainly on and around my nose for as long as I can remember. I've tried all sorts of treatments, potions, pills, you name it I've given it a go. Nothing has consistently worked for me so my expectations were super low. In addition I HATE creams as many of them feel greasy to me and I can't stand it on my skin. Anyway - WOW! I've been using this product now for a few weeks and am very impressed. I use very little, just on and around my nose and have seen a significant improvement which covers three areas. Firstly I'm less red in the areas that I apply the product; secondly I get less (almost no) spots; thirdly my skin isn't dry and flaky (sorry not a nice description, but I would try some products which would reduce the redness / spots but leave the skin super dry, so was equally depressing).I apply very small amount of the product to my nose and a little around my mouth as this is also a little sore sometimes and over the three weeks the improvement I saw after just a few days has stayed with me - fingers crossed this is forever. I really hopes this works for you as I know from personal experience how this product has improved my confidence as an individual - which is a little sad, but actually true.So I highly recommend this product and hope it works as well for you as it has for me.

Arrived quickly. Excellent customer service. Product sadly did not work for me. My acne did not improve at all. The only thing that has worked (miraculously) is Duac 5%. This cream is a great moisturizer though.

Purchased this after I had a nasty breakout due to an infection, white head spots and red raw acne all over my face. The cream does seem to work quite quickly and after applying this overnight I noticed a difference. Week later my acne has cleared up. I am now starting to notice my face is less susceptible to breakouts. If you suffer from really bad acne then I would suggest not only using this but also a Tonor (preferably an Alcohol free one so it does not dry out your skin) which I apply after cleansing then finishing with this at night. Suffered from adult acne for about 10 years, never really did anything other than cleanse & moisturise. I do suggest seeing a GP first if you are suffering with bad acne as it is different for everybody and they'll probably give a gel with Benzyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid like this one. And remember! easy does it, don't scrub your face, gently apply all products to your face.

Bought this cream about a month ago. At first there was a slight increase in the number of spots(blackheads and whiteheads became more visible), but this is because the cream started to clear up the old blocked pores. After about 2 weeks of using it, the face cleared up, now it's only an occasional breakout which disappears much faster with this cream(it does shorten the life of spots). Another good thing about this cream is that when applied to spot, it leaves little to no post acne marks, compared to when not using the cream. Also, it does not irritate the skin like other acne creams. Overall, I would highly recommend this cream to those who have acne or want to keep their skin clear. It's a good all-round cream that clears up blocked pores and prevents future breakouts.Although it's a very good cream, I think it's more applicable to those with mild to medium acne.

Its a nice smelling cream that aborbs nicely into the skin however it did not help me with my acne which is the reason I got it, it did not irritate my skin so I will continue to use it as it was expensive. I use it in the day time because I am now on medicated night gel from the doctor which is helping with my acne. If you suffer from acne you should go see your doctor instead of wasting money on products that won't help your skin.

The media could not be loaded. I tried this night cream and it’s absolutely fantastic. It feels so smooth and makes your skin smooth too, it made some of the blemishes I had disappear. I can not recommend this cream enough.
