This is not only vital but should be made with more options like custom ability. It's way better than a scarf and won't get you killed around machines. Battery lasts a long time and heats a sore neck to a nice warmth in winter. Just like scarfs are for fashion these could be made to wear year round.

Fantastic, but small battery
This product is wonderful in cold weather. The feel on your neck is great and it actually helps with your ears and nose getting cold. It is comfortable and doesn't get in the way. It is light weight and looks nice. The only issue is that the battery is small and it doesn't last that long. Mine gets way too hot on 136°F setting so for me 132 is the highest setting.

What was expected
This heated neck warmer was great as it did relieve neck pain with great heat. Took it on vacation because I know flying would cause some neck uncomfortability. My friend also use it and thought is was also great. I am considering buying another one.

Nice, but…
Gets warm quickly and feels very good. But only the back part gets hot, the rest of it is just wasted space.

Very Satisfied
I bought two of them first for my son and my daughter for Christmas present. They love them so much. I bought another one for myself. They use them when they’re smoking outside or my daughter uses it at work because the office is chilly. I got mine when I read. It was good for your neck when you have pain. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this item for everyone it has multiple uses.

Nice....but not Great!
I like the flexibility of this neck warmer and the leather feel. But it doesn't get that warm at all....even at highest temperature. Compared to another one I tried which is a harder plastic and gets very warm even on 1st setting. I recommend, but it's not gonna be extremely warm enough for most I believe.

It’s wonderful in cold weather
My son works for UPS in PA and it has been a horrible winter there. He absolutely loves the neck warmer.
