I got this about 2 weeks ago and started taking it immediately. I don't know WHY i was SO hardheaded about turmeric all these years but finally I decided to try it. I took the recommended dose and lo and behold -- in just a few days my pain was SUBSTANTIALLY reduced. I stopped taking the medicine the doctor prescribed (an NSAID i heard could hurt my kidneys and liver) before starting the turmeric. I am a fan. Now, i must admit that i started the turmeric AND moringa at the same time so i am not positive which caused the pain to go away - but i plan to continuing to take both. :-D Try it!

I started taking this with other glucosamine supplements, Omega 3 etc. Getting hip and knee pain now trying to rely less on OTC pain pills. Read that the dosage rec on these is higher than should be taken, safely for longer than 2-weeks, so only take one per day. Trying to give the whole new regimen at least 6 weeks before judging effectiveness. These are easily swallowed no adverse side effects. As I said, taking as part of regimen to ease arthritis. Will yry to weigh in in few more weeks

I took it over the month, and then subscribed. Wonderful product, makes my estrogen level good enough.
