Excellent customer service
When the delivery arrived, all 6 placemats were chipped, clearly this was a carrier issue. After contacting Rinkit directly, I was over the moon with the professional approach by the staff and the clear instructions given to replace the items. They replaced the item instantly and they arrived today. The product is excellent, great quality and looks... Well pleased...

Very strong and durable
The quality of product is amazing ! It's so heavy and solid.The only disappointment is the colour. It was described as Black. However I would say it is a more Charcoal Grey than actual Black.Never the less I am quite happy with the product and I can see it lasting me a long time.Packaging was thorough. Packed in seperate boxes and then in another box! Also bubblewrapped. Well done!

Heavy place settings, very nice colour, has a slight sparkle which is nice, good size, easy to clean and fantastic quality... Buying another set for Christmas!

Good quality which will last many years
Quite thick and heavy, they have a great visual impact whe placed onto a light coloured table. One of the small felt cushions was missing 🤔

Lovely Stylish placemats and coasters
We seem to have had so many versions of the Cork backed place mats and finally decided on these as a permanent replacement.So they look fantastic, our kids love looking for the "gold" in them and have their favourites.Worth bearing in mind that they are heavy though and we haven't yet, but wouldn't want to go dropping one on your table! The pads underneath do protect the surface well though.Not the cheapest mats in the world but we think for the quality they shoukd last a long long time.
