A friend told me about this book that he read a long time ago. But I'm not sure its the same book. I wish I could look inside the book and be able to read a few pages so my friend and I would be sure of the product. What I was told about the book ; there are some monks in the far East that lived or are living a life differently from the way most of us do. Those individuals; as I was told could live up to about 800 years of age. I was astonished when I heard such a thing. I still beleive that no one can live such long of a life in this day and age. The main striking point is; that friend also told me, those individuals they don't die but vanish when their time is done on earth. I'm Still puzzled about that; but I sure hope this is the same book that I was told about because I'm thinking of buying it in the near future. I could not give this product a 4 or 5 star rated due to the fact I could not see inside it.
