These seem to help me sleep a bit better
Since triptophan is found in food, such as your Thanksgiving turkey. I feel better talking these to help me sleep. I do not always have trouble with sleeping but when I do I need a bit of help.

Was surprised at the lower dose that worked. When I use to take L-tryptophane I took 2000-3000mg to get to sleep. I'm sure it was because of the inferior quality of the product. With Best Naturals I only have to take 1000mg.to get to sleep. I'm guessing it's because the quality is the best and I noticed that there are very few fillers. I take it with 3 or 4 soda crackers, as taking it on an empty stomach with a carbohydrate, like crackers helps facilitate the L-tryptophane to cross the blood-brain barrier, which is necessary to get it into the central nervous system.
