We found this coffeemaker is built well and proforms flawlessly. A special bonus is the hot water on demand that makes almost instant tea. For the money it is an excellent value.

Was hesitant to buy a renewed appliance but am glad I did. So far, it works well and I really like the hot water feature. Well worth the price.

I got this as a Christmas present for my husband and it came broken and the water started leaking everywhere!

Works as expected. The carafe could stay hot longer, but not a big deal

I have never been able to use the hot water side. The spout drips all over the place, to the point where I have had to put a pad in front of the machine, because when the pot is full the spout is designed in a way that the liquid pours out in a forceful manner. Even if I gently tilt the carafe it leaks everywhere. I waited for 6 months to purchase this specific model, because I wanted the thermal carafe, and my old ninja was starting to fail. Unfortunate that the design wasn't better.

I’ve purchased this coffee maker 3 times in the past. I’m not a fan of the insulated coffee urn with no warming tray. I prefer a glass carafe with a warming tray. If you like to linger over your first cup, better drink it fast, coffee only stays hot for an hour or so

I had the old model which was not bad at all. I like the hot water dispenser on the right hand side. I do not like the way the coffee push out of the spout. It is very heavy, and it drips.
