Unexpected find
Never heard of them before, looked up nutrition etc.. packed with loads of good stuff.. although I'd advise not trying to eat like a nut!.. unless you've really strong teeth! Lol.. but blitzing in a smoothie or grinding and adding to muesli etc.. lovely! a nice sweetness...
