I read the reviews before purchase and was worried that there would be slight damage like a few people said but was very pleased to see it in came in perfect condition and it also came a few days early! Very sturdy and size was just as I expected. Definitely matches its price value. Only negatives were 1) that the pieces were dusty coming out of the box but a wet rag fixes that problem easily; and 2) the instructions are absolutely dog crap. They don’t make sense which is surprising considering most of it is pictures. So work at your own pace and checking things off along the way will help.

I loved this. I did not want a metal cage throwing off my aesthetic lol so this was perfect! I previously had a German Shepard puppy many, many years ago and had to survive the chewing phase. I did not imagine getting an Australian shepherd puppy, that the chewing would be even worse! I am so upset about this cage. I had so many compliments on it. It’s beautiful and functional for storage. And we have a smaller home so it fit perfectly. I was the perfect amount of space. I ordered this in early Dec 2024, it is now late feb 2025. It didn’t last very long but I don’t think it’s due to the quality or anything, because it’s very solid. Just this psychotic animal we have unfortunately 😂. For reference, our pup is about 25lbs now and fits inside perfectly, except for the fact that he chewed off the bars lol. So if you have a chewer, keep that in mind. This also wasn’t all at once, he chewed over a period of time and now it’s not usable so we will have to figure out something else lol. Also notably, we never left him alone for more than 3 hours in there, max, and even that was rare. So separation anxiety could play a part in this as well.

The majority of the pieces I received were damaged and warped. At the price point I understand it’s not going to be the best but the amount of damage to all of the pieces sucks. We attempted to put it together with the hopes that it would work but the pieces were too damaged. AND THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE SO HARD TO FOLLOW/READ. Although I think this was exactly what I was looking for it is unfortunate that it didn’t work out.

I love the extra storage space as well as the roominess it provides for my dog to chill out whenever she needs a quiet space.

Instructions are nearly impossible to understand. A couple pieces had hidden damages. Finished product looks nice but quality is only a 6 out of 10. I don't expect this to hold up very well.
