Perfectly replaced HP battery that was swelling
My original HP battery was swelling bad enough to stop the buttons on the trackpad from working. O replaced that battery with this one in about 45 minutes. Then I turned on my laptop and ran a few diagnostics. The new battery passed all the tests and seems to be working perfectly.The lifespan on HP laptop batteries is about 3 years if it is plugged in full time, which mine was.The battery comes with a few tools, which all worked perfectly. You'll need to remove the non-slip rubber slides to get to some of the bottom case screws. That was the trickiest part. The process to replace this battery was very simple.

Great replacement

battery lacks startup power but vendor is first rate.
Battery does not have sufficient power to start my hp laptop. Will run the laptop after starting with ac line plugged in but cannot start laptop on its own. After posting this review, seller refunded the purchase money. Thus, while the battery proved inadequate, the seller now deserves a 5 star rating. I would buy from this vendor again.

Right battery, but screw holes are off by a lot
I have a Spectre x360 model:15eb0053dx, bought the BN06XL battery. While it IS the correct battery for the computer, only 1 of the 6 screw holes lined up properly, and the connecting cables are inverted, causing even more difficulty with installation. After doing what I could, the back panel does not fit very well. Overall, the replacement isn’t terrible, but I would have enjoyed more accuracy and precision. Will update for performance.

Good battery, didn’t come with the tools
The battery works so it’s breathed new life into my old laptop but I was expecting a tool set to make the swap a complete experience, they didn’t come with the battery despite them being in the pics. I luckily did have a computer tools set handy so I was able to swap it out but if you don’t have them and expect them to be there, be prepared to order a computer repair kit.

Doesn't charge to 100%
The battery works fine for its purpose. However, after calibrating the battery several times, the maximum capacity only reached 66k mWh when the original battery was right below 72k mWh. That is an 8% decrease in capacity from the original battery, but the new battery only shows 80% charged in the taskbar before it stops charging. So, capacity is smaller and duration is shorter, which means the value is lower.
