Amazing quality
The media could not be loaded. This is by far the sharpest knife I’ve ever owned! Looks great and feels comfortable in the hand. I have no complaints! Highly recommended

Well balanced and sharp
Bought this knife along with 4 other knives as gifts for work. I opened all the different knives and this knife was incredibly sharp and beautiful. The case didn’t have a lot of decoration/cards/paperwork. It’s simply a nice knife and very giftable. The only knife I liked better was the dalstrong knives.

Disappointing
I'm a Chef at a club and needed a new everyday work knife. Found this one on the Senken website and saw the amazon seller icon in the corner and noticed it was a cheaper price and as a prime member, could have it in 2 days.. I've had it less than a month and so far really loved it but then did this today on a peach pit. Peach pit. Wasn't doing anything crazy, just pushed straight down. Well made damascus steel would not chip like this. Did the same thing with another knife and had no issues. It can be fixed but I wouldn't recommend for commercial or heavy everyday use

Beutifull knife
Got it for my husband for Christmas. Just a beautiful knife for sure. Light weight compared to my stainless steel knives. But I personally think that's a plus.Dont know how it will hold up over time.
