This has been a lifesaver for us when adopting a 10 week old kitten. He'd been crying every time we left the room from loneliness. Since getting this toy he cuddles it constantly and is much, much more settled. The heartbeat is really great and he starts purring immediately when it's turned on - he was purring so loudly last night we could hear him through the door.The heated pouch really doesn't stay warm for long, but we have another heat pad for him so we're not as bothered by it. The heartbeat really does make up for it and some - I'm glad we didn't go with the just heat one.

My puppy was freaked out with the heartbeat so ended up not using it. However she loves to wrestle with it.

Very poor quality. We’ve had this for 1 week with our puppy and the stitching around neck has split and stuffing is coming out. Would not recommend

Summary: not effective, small risk of danger so don’t use the heating component at all.We took a risk on this in the hope t would comfort our 8 week old puppy. She loves the toy - but she loves all toys! - and will happily chew it. The heartbeat seems to have little effect. In fact, I would say that it encourages her to bite it more.The warm pouch was easy to heat up but I decided to cut down the recommended time to 1 minute. Just as well as the stones were super hot when removed from the microwave.The pocket in the toy isn’t really big enough for the stone pouch and the heart. When both are inserted, it is difficult to close.The Velcro helps to keep it shut for a while but our puppy can pull it open with enough effort. I don’t put the stones inside now as I worry she might pull them out and rip open the little bag.

I bought this for my puppy when we were crate training her. This teddy really helped to settle her, you can heat up the beanbag inside and turn the heart beat machine on. Months later and she still loves this teddy! Really recommend

Our pup loves his teddy. It really works for when we need to pop out, he would cry but as soon as the bear is on he stops and cuddles it. It’s really sweet. The warmer bag doesn’t work though no matter how long you put it in the microwave it doesn’t get hot or even warm, but the heartbeat is amazing so it was worth the purchase

This is ridiculous ! You only can have heat for 24 hours so please tell your pup that’s whining on its second night with you that. The last aft toy that I got was a lamb and it had a microwaveable heat pack that lasted a few weeks until it took fire in microwave .while this heat pack you don’t microwave it’s disposable .And unfortunely I have opened the heat pack and never realised it was air activated and so my new pup will not get to enjoy this toy for one night . This also is the toy that has the dummy in its mouth that is flimsy and definitely a teething pup will devour it ! It looks cute on the photo but in reality its disappointing .
