Wow, I can't believe this chair for the money! Very sturdy, heat is great.Massage is just vibration, but that's OK. Its firm, not gushy so easy to get out of. East to put together also.

Hard for aging seniors with memory los to handle.
The size & material of chair are so nice. So is the idea of the lift. However we got this for our aging mother with dementia & a broken hip.The button is difficult for her to find on the side. Then to determine what lifts the chairor puts it back with foot rest up is very confusing. After someone helps her with controls, it takes forever to get to the point so she can get out of the chair. Has upset her several times because she can’t get out fast enough to get to bathroom in time. Very sad

The heat on this chair is great the massage is okay not that strong but the chair itself is very comfortable and the way back position is pretty flat
