New parts
I used this to make a hydraulic fitting for my hhr .the clutch master cylinder bleader which is made from plastic was damaged. That part is out of production you can not buy one making a good car unusable for lack of one plastic part . I made a replacement on my lath using this pice of brass . Saving my car so I can keep using it .

Not for machinists (Diameter isn’t even 25mm)
The listing as of 10/11/2024 says that the stock is 25mm or 1 inch and 10cm or 4 inches. They need to update the listing to indicate that it is only 25mm (and not even that) so if you’re hoping to get this and turn something with a 1 inch diameter just know you’ll be at least .02 under. It’s not even 25mm it’s 24.98, if I wanted to turn a part with a 25mm OD then I’m out of luck. The length is less than 4 inches, the one I got was exactly 100.77mm so at least they weren’t lying about one dimension on the listing.I thought if they included imperial measurements in the listing that the stock was at least .02 inches larger in both OD and length. That being said, it could still be used if your part has tolerances that allow it. I’ll have to make this into something else now instead of the part I ordered it for, and for that reason I’m giving it a 1 star. It’s essentially junk to me at this point.

Likely Leaded brass
Hi, i have attempted to find out if this is leaded brass, and recieved no response. Likely leaded brass. Dont make jewelry or anything that rub off and get in your body.
