They are actually glittery. I thought just pastel color. Very cute and not cheap looking at all. My sister loved them. And at that price you can’t beat it. Turned $10 cupcakes to priceless ❤️

These are adorable and well sized. The glitter is thick, not cheaply tossed on. They are even better than the photos. Good quality.

cute, simple, fragile
These are very cute for a themed party. Be careful with these as they are made of paper and can get caught on each other easily. Keep them flat so they don't bend/fold.

Very pretty and flammable topper
This Alice in Wonderland topper is nicely made and looks great on the cake. My husband decided to put the candles (15) on a personal size bundt cake along with the topper. This wouldn't have been a problem if he'd just taken a picture and then removed the topper. Before I realized what he was doing he started lighting the candles and whoosh there goes the topper up in glorious flames. I was laughing too hard to get pictures. Cake and topper have been replaced. We liked the topper enough to get it in black this time. Remove before lighting candles :)
