These knife cut, thicker ramen noodles are so multi functional. I literally used them to make “Spaghetti and Italian Sausage” when I realized I was out off spaghetti noodles😂. When it comes to ramen I like that I can use larger pieces of my favorite veggies with these. This was a good buy.

I was excited to try these noodles and I'd gotten them for a specific recipe. Drunken noodles is a bit of a dry dish and these tasty noodles worked perfectly. However, I was just slightly disappointed that in a more watery recipe the noodles disappear over night! Noodles arrived on time and packaged well, with noodles surviving the trip. I'd get these again because they're so good but at a price point of @$10/lb I'll look around for something more affordable.

These taste great and are easy to prepare...10-12 mins in boiling water. Make your own sauce or soup. I think they could be tasty even cold. They aren't super long, which for me is easier to manage. Their rippled sides grab the sauce and the rest has a wonderful texture and bite. Get em, next best thing to what your Grandma can make for you!!

It's hard to find sliced noodles in my local stores. In the neighboring city I found some but for the same price, their package was half the size. Get these!

I love these Asian noodles. They have an excellent flavor, nice and wide, perfect for Asian cooking and stir fry. I’ve tried dozens of brands and finally found the perfect noodles.

The noodles inside came broken into small pieces!! Unacceptable.Apparently this item can't be returned. Which is crap.

Product is great and nothing wrong with it. Just wish it was shipped in a box instead of padded envelope. Most of the noodles are crushed or broken in half.
