My 50th Vegan cookbook, but I wish it had been my 1st!
This is the book I didnt know I needed. With 49 vegan cookbooks on my shelf one might say I didnt need any more. But I was intrigued by other reviews so I grabbed a copy. I've made several recipes from this book since it arrived a couple of weeks ago and our family has LOVED everything so far. My 13 year old son has even started cooking from this book. The recipes are easy to follow without a ton of ingredients. Everything is easily found at our local market. And for the few recipes that contain a bit of oil, if you're trying to avoid like us, it was very simple to improvise with a little veg broth or applesauce instead. I wish I had found this book sooner. It has made weeknight dinners after work a breeze. Gorgeous appetizing photos for all dishes. And I love that so many of the mains have the accompaniment of her delicious sauces that can be whipped up in a flash in the blender. The sauces really highlight the dish and give it that extra something special. I have a lot of vegan cookbooks, it takes a really great one to make me take time out of my busy schedule to write a review. This one deserves all the praise though. She is a vegan recipe Rockstar! She takes the boring out of salad, the ceasar salad was AMAZING!!! And of all the spinach artichoke dips I've made in my vegan years this one takes the gold medal. Her creativity makes these recipes fun to make. Buy this book, it'll definitely make your top 10.

The Best Cookbook EVER!
I have followed HealthyGirl Kitchen on facebook for quite some time and Danielle’s recipes have always been delish! So when I saw she had a cookbook I had to get it! And it DID NOT disappoint! It is packed with tons of recipes that are ALL easy to make and ALL taste AAAAAMAZZZING! I have just ordered another one to give as a gift! I have a lot of vegan cookbooks that each have maybe 5 recipes (if I’m lucky) that I enjoyed but I kid you not when I tell you that the recipes in the HealthyGirl Kitchen Cookbook will each delight your tastebuds and fill you up! How can eating healthy taste so good!? These recipes… wow! I could go on and on! I’m just so happy I found a cookbook where I honestly enjoy every recipe! I also love a cookbook that has color photos of the food and this book again delivers with wonderful photography that literally makes me drool and my stomach growl 🤤😋 Follow her on Facebook, Pinterest &/or Instagram too! She does great videos of some of the recipes she makes. I have NEVER made one of her recipes and been disappointed and I don’t think you will be either! Happy eating! 😃

Beautiful book—Incredibly delicious/easy-to-make recipes
This is going to be a kitchen cookbook staple. (Like Moosewood, Veg Epicure, etc). Mark my words. The recipes are innovative, healthy and, when made, really mouthwatering to look at, too, which makes them perfect for making when entertaining, as well! But aside from all that— the ones I’ve made so far (and others from the author’s social media site) are soooo delicious! And not hard to make, thanks to very clear instructions and gorgeous photography for every dish. A special shout-out to the Dressings category! I’ve never made such tasty, imaginative salads and with such guilt-free dressings! Yum!!!I’m already looking forward to Volume 2!! :-)

Fantastic Book
I received it today and reading through it has gotten me very excited to try everything! A picture for every recipe is always my choice and they seem simple and delicious!! Since all the ingredients are easy to find and a lot are staples in everyone’s home it is a must have!! I prefer a hard cover book to the digital recipe so I can write notes right on the page. This book will keep me busy trying new flavors. Thank you for creating the book. I enjoy following you on Instagram and am so happy you are selling actual cook books! Congratulations on a book very well done. I say buy it to anyone reading this. Money well spent!!

Recipes I’ve made have been delicious
This book has been great! So far I have made 8 recipes and they have all been delicious! The recipes are straightforward and don’t have any crazy vegan ingredients so it is definitely easy to be vegan with this cookbook. One of my favorite things to make is the ab+j overnight oats because they are super easy and so delicious! I didn’t give it 5 stars because some of the recipes list ingredient measurements that seemed to be incorrect. One example was the Greek Pasta Salad. The 6oz of pasta was really low given how much dressing there was and I feel like it should have been 12-16oz. It also says the 6oz of pasta serves 6 people which doesn’t seem right. The other thing is that the pictures often show ingredients that aren’t even mentioned in the recipe. Overall though, I’m enjoying this cookbook and look forward to making more recipes!

The BEST Plant Based Cookbook!!!
I'm 75 and have been cooking and eating Plant Based for 12 years. This cookbook author and recipe developer has created the most comprehensive and easy to follow recipes I've ever had the pleasure to follow. They are incredibly delicious, concise, easy to read and follow and have gorgeous pictures! I just made her recipe "Plant Based Pesto Please" from this book. I had created my own Plant Based Pesto recipe years ago when such a recipe wasn't available, but Danielle's recipe is far superior!! My100% Italian husband was super impressed! From now on, I will head straight for the book! She is a smart and creative woman who has educated herself in all Plant Based ways! Thank you so much for making the best Plant Based cookbook I've ever read!

Amazing!
I followed her on Instagram for so long and loved the recipes she shared. This cookbook is beautiful and amazing! So easy to follow with quick meals that are delicious. Helpful tips included and everything I have made so far is perfect! Honestly I am very lazy when it comes to cooking and have very little time. I also developed a fear of eating about a year ago after getting sick and becoming limited on what I could eat. I’m now on a dairy free, gluten free, meat free diet and all of the recipes accommodate for that or are easy to replace items as needed. This books makes eating healthy meals simple and enjoyable. I’m obsessed.
