I am happy with this multivitamin. I could sense and feel the benefits within a few days, seeing it especially on my skin. Less redness and cracked lip corner healed quite fast. Meaning they are absorbed fine by my body.I am usually not too keen on the multivitamins in capsules and I prefer topping up the specific vitamins separately. Because with some other multivitamins I sometimes couldn't really tell whether they were working or not and just hoped for the best. But I guess if there is something to be healed and improved the shift towards health should be observable.There is 90 veggie capsules and one to be taken after meal with plenty of water.Capsules seem a bit bigger but are easy to swallow.I couldn't spot anything in the ingredients list I would be personally concerned about.Although they are a bit on the pricier side I would get these again. It's a supply for 3 months and they seem to work for me.

I like this formulation as it has a great mix of vitamins and especially great mix of minerals. NO GMO which is fabulous. I like this company and have known them for a long time. They make good supplements that are bio available.This is a really excellent mix but you you really need 3 a day. This is the problem with all muftis.. You simply can not put all the magnesium and other thing is one tablet.It would be too big So you need to take 3 spread through the day.That makes it sort of ordinary value and you really need more that it says . How ever , if you took one you would still be doing good things for you body but not enough of things like Magnesium and vitamin D. Even with 3 you would not have nearly enough D and would need to take a good strong on on the side.IIn my view very good quality and great ix. You really need to take something like this ever day as the soil is out of minerals and we do not ever get enough in out food.

The tablets had all the necessary vitamins and minerals required and helped in maintaining levels required for the body. They helped to maintain my energy levels.
