Where to start?The sofa itself is very comfortable and appears to be very robust and well made. It is in a room with a real leather sofa and visually there is very little difference between the two, other than one having a shiny new look.The material itself seems quite thick and hard wearing.For the price, it would be difficult to find a better sofa.The seller was fantastic and not only contacted me by telephone to confirm my order, but also called on a further two occasions to keep me updated with my delivery.The delivery guys offered to assemble the sofa for me, but I declined due to time constraints.When it came to assembling the sofa, it took me about 10 minutes to do alone, so no complaints there either.My only small gripe is that the delivery chaps had to unbox my sofa before bringing it into the house. This was no problem, but they never cleaned up after themselves and just left the box and packaging in the street, which was a bit naughty.All in all this was a fantastic shopping experience and I am extremely pleased.

Was delivered early, the delivery men were great, nothing was too much trouble for them.The sofa is very comfortable, looks great, sturdy and is easy to assemble.

Looks great and is very comfortable.The communication for delivery was spot on, the delivery guys kept in communication as the day went on and were incredibly efficient at putting it together on arrival.Reclines with ease and you can get different angles to suit.The material looks and feels nice.The only gripe is getting the recliner back down, it takes a fair bit of effort to click it back into place.

I have had this for over 2 years and I would never buy again because it sinks down by 5 inches where I sit on it, I only weigh 12 stones so it is to do with the quality of the manufacturer

I had to leave a review for this as I was extremely impressed with the whole purchase. Has to be 5*!It arrived early, almost 3 days earlier than I was expecting it. The driver had been given the wrong phone number for me so he wasn’t able to contact me and didn’t even know if I was home or would open the door. Needless to say I was surprised with it. It was about 21:30 at night. He had driven around 4 hours to get to me and still had to drive home. In spite of this he still offered to help me bring it in, unpack it and set it up for me! I said no to the help so he could get home.As for the sofa, I absolutely love it. It was so easy to put together, even as a single person, and it’s really comfortable. It reclines perfectly with ease and the quality is fantastic. To top it off, it was a great price with no shipping!I can’t fault the seller or product. You won’t go wrong with this purchase!

The sofa arrived a week earlier than Amazons date, caused a rather hurried disposal of the old sofa, took less than half an hour to unbox, and assemble it, and its a really easy job to do.Have found it to be really comfortable to sit on and no alignment issues that some people have had, so really pleased with it, build quality seems sturdy enough and ok.delivery was very good with helpful guys they were also very careful handling it.so far well woth the money.
