Not Compatible with other Thule products
The product is great, assembles easily, secure, high quality - I can go on. However, the sole purpose of purchasing the Thule Xsporter Pro Low Truck Rack was to carry my Thule Force XT Cargo box. The rails have a rounded front edge and a flat back edge. The claw (for lack of a better word) will not reach under the rail to secure the cargo box. If the back side was rounded like the front side (not flat), it's possible the cargo grip would have worked. And unfortunately, I don't find anything on the Thule website about which products are not compatible.

These bed bars are awesome. Just what I needed. I added T Slot mount Rhino fishing rod holders.

Sturdy but too big for other Thule racks
I purchased the xsporter and Thule ski racks. The xsporter rack is too thick for standard install with pretty much any Thule racks. Thule’s customer service was great and pointed me in the direction of $35 screws that are long enough to install the ski racks. Now I’m working with their customer service to point me in the direction of which luggage carrier will fit the xsporter.

Great Product. Poor Shipping.
Product is great. Thule has that reputation.I ordered this twice. Both times it was shipped in the product packaging. The product packing is not well suited for shipping. Both times the packaging was damaged and open when I received it. First time the product was damaged. For something expensive like this, damage and returns could be avoided easily. Instead it took several weeks of back and forth to get the product.
