Just to clarify. I ordered the three tier rack. I received this earlier then expected. It arrived three days early. So that was a bonus. Assembly was easier then expected. I was looking at the reviews and seeing people struggle to put it together, but I found it a doddle. It’s just some screwing and attaching pipes together. It isn’t to hard. All together it took me like 20 minutes for the assembly. This product does come with instructions. I personally think they are very clear, and they are not over doing it neither. They put all the instructions on one piece of paper. I don’t know whether this is because of COVID-19 times, but they also supply a pair of gloves as well. They come in the box.So far I am using this product for my shoes and it is holding up well. I haven’t entirely filled it yet, but do plan on doing that in the future. I can just about fit three pairs of shoes on one row. It’s a tight squeeze, so if you have any shoes that are bigger then normal size, don’t expect three pairs to fit each on one row. For me the size of the product is perfect for where I want it to go. It’s not to chunky and won’t get to much in the way where ever you would want to put it. I’d give delivery 11/10. Quality 8.5/10, It is very good quality, but don’t expect it be the best quality you’ve ever seen like. It does the job and looks good and for me that’s all that matters.

It is sturdy, easy to assemble, and good size.The only problem is that there are 4 holes on legs that requires screw but there is no screw for them. We managed to use some screw from home, though.

I had to return the first shoe rack bought. In the photos it look solid. But when it arrived it was made of some cloth-like material. So, I returned it and bought the FANHAO 4-Tier Shoe Rack.This is metal, light weight and easy to assemble. And more importantly it does what it says on the tin!I've had mine for a couple of months and still feel pleased when I open the front door and see my footware neatly in the rack, instead of cluttering the front door in disorganised mess.Do I recommend: YES! 100%

Eventually managed to get it built and feeling sturdy.However, quality of pieces should be better. Some poles couldn’t fit together and thread hole was poorly finished.

I was putting it together and 4 of the poles would not join together, as one end was too thin for connecting. I improvised and hack sawed joint to make it fit. Then another 4 poles would not take the provided screws as wrong thread on them. I put my own screws in, and held together with black tape. I would have sent item back, but couldn't be bothered with the hassle.

A little tough to put together at first but once you get used to it it's very easy. Looks very expensive for the price!

Fits perfect in my back entrance . Holds as advertised multiple pairs of shoes. Good for the price.

The product is lightweight, making it easy to lift and move, but also sturdy and functional. Easily holds 12 pairs of shoes. I had an issue with one of the screws, but the seller was very responsive and resolved my issue quickly.

Prodotto valido, veloce da montare (nella confezioni ci sono anche dei guanti).Al momento del montaggio mi sono accorta che nella confezione mancava un'asta ma il venditore è stato MOLTO corretto: mi ha contattato per provvedere al rimborso/cambio.Quindi consiglio l'acquisto perchè il prodotto è valido e resistente (non è "ballerino") e in più si può contare su una correttezza del venditore.
