Often to prevent damage to kitchen tools like knives, wooden chopping board, spatula etc., from long term usage it's necessary to season them. A common practice is to use cooking oil. However cooking oil become rancid over time and cause unwarranted medical issues. This mineral oil is a resolve. Wooden and stainless steel tools require a seasoning from time to time. A thin film application is all that is required. Overall opinion Satisfactory.
