Gets the Job Done - Self Assembly
This has been a great addition to meeting my strength and fitness goals. I agree with other buyers that the product initially feels like it wouldn’t support higher body weights. I’m 140 and once I got the pull up bar in place, I have felt secure using it.While it wasn’t a problem, I didn’t realize I would need to assemble the product. Some buyers may find it valuable to know up front.

Perfect for pull ups
I have tested this for everything it does and it is great. Honestly, easy to assemble and I’ve never had to screw anything into the wall to keep it in place. It can stay in place even when I weighed 180lbs.

I bought this bar to hang in order to stretch out my shoulders and it works great.

BARS DON'T FIT
Assembly instructions are useless. Bars do not fit evenly into the holes.

Was missing half the parts upon arrival so I sent it back, but in handling the pieces provided it felt cheap and the foam was dry and rough

it comes unassembled. and you will have to assemble it. inside there is everything necessary for assembly and you do not have to look for the keys you need for assembly. hangs on the door perfectly. 4 people train every day. if you know how to train on it a very useful horizontal bar. but if you are tall it is not for you.
