I have three gymnasts. We use this every day to work different muscles for push-ups. It’s small, easy to fold up and store and really useful for targeting muscle groups. Really great value for money!!

Push-up board works well lots of nice muscle specific workouts. Only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the handles they are extremely uncomfortable especially for long sets. I find my self stopping more because of my hands hurting then my muscles. Overall though solid product

Great for at home workout for when I can't make it to the gym. Great quality too very sturdy as light as it is I weigh 314 pounds and it holds me just as fine. Great value for the money.

This product does the job as stated in the listing. I have used it for over 3 weeks now and it holds up well and I have experienced no issues with quality or strength. While it is not as heavy duty as something you would find at a gym it does hold up to heavy use by heavy individuals. My only suggestion would be to use it on carpet or a mat to prevent it from sliding during use.

Great to target muscle from a simple workout. Design and siz is perfect for me but doesnt have any grip on the bottom to prevent from sliding. And for avg guy the weight of you will slip. Perfect size and portable! One big issue for me is that its a struggle to pull out the grips to put in a different position. Its like strong suction cups and wont come out unless you really pull hard

The board is very sturdy and a great addition to a workout. My husband uses this everyday. It’s easy to use and allows a bit of a challenge. The grips are safe and the board doesn’t slide.

Great board and easily portable to take on the go, folds on itself with handles so it's very easy to fit in tight spaces, gives great workout, feels sturdy, only don't use on laminate it slides too much but that can be helped with the pad they provide to keep it from slipping. Overall design is great and easy to use for even a novice like myself.
