I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality a d aroma of these spices are exceptional. I love to cook middle eastern foods. The hawayji is so good. I flavoured air fried chickpeas with it and they were tasty! Am looking forward to using it in soups and vegetable dishes.The sumac is lovely, I put in salads like a fattoush and just like to sprinkle it on hot rice with butter. You won’t be disappointed with these great spice blends.

I find the combination of spices perfectly balanced. I use it in about everything, meats, soups, vegs… And it’s a very healthy combination with anti inflammatory properties!

Wonderful depth of flavor and just the right amount of heat. Packaging was high quality and fresh product. I wish the price was a little bit lower but I would purchase again just knowing that the quality is not in question.

Found a recipe in the Wall Street Journal that called for it. Never heard of it before. Wonderful spice especially on roast chicken. Try it you will like it!

Very fresh and as good as if you did the spice blend yourself. I would purchase again. It saves time and adds the correct flavoring for middle eastern dishes.

This is wonderful. I’ve experimented in several dishes and it really lends itself to adding flavor and warmth to chicken, beef, eggs etc. I highly recommended it. I will say that packaging is terrific and it’s very fresh.
