The water movement ensures the entire tablet dissolves.Municipalities around the world use CLO2 in water treatment plants. There’s even US Govt studies you can find that have been completed with CLO2 as a virucidal and it is used in controlled environments of certain food production lines as well(poultry etc).Depending on Gram strength and dilution rate in water, it has been used as a sanitizer or disinfectant or biocidal.
