If you're looking to de-clutter your desk and are not an audiophile - look no further
I have consolidated 2 desks in my home office into one bringing together a MacBook Pro, work Win laptop, and a development / gaming desktop. I utilized the wonderful Samsung C34J791 ultra widescreen monitor along with the Logi Craft keyboard and MX Master 2S mouse to achieve as much de-clutter / cable minimization as possible. The result overall has been a success. In keeping with the theme, I wanted Bluetooth speakers that could connect to at least 2 of my systems. Coming from wired speakers with a decent sub-woofer, I was a bit concerned at just how much I would be giving up as a frequent gamer and music lover.I'm happy to say these Logitech MX 2.0 speakers did not let me down on any front. Of course you won't get the bass response that a dedicated sub will give you, but the built in port tubes that supply the bass actually do a very good job. Even better, they are paired to my desktop and MBP - I can switch video inputs to the 2 different systems and and since it's paired to both, I instantly have sound with very little lag during the changeover. One can even hook a 3rd system up with an RCA cable - almost did this for my work laptop but keeping in the spirit of the cable reduction I decided against it. Glad I made that decision as I don't need sound on that machine much beyond system prompts and they are transmitted via the built-in monitor speaks.Music sounds very good - metal, classic rock, and the like. I put a little time in on Pathfinder:Kingmaker and gaming is as immersive as I need it to be.Again, this isn't an audiophile or hard core gamer's speakers. But for productivity, music, and moderate gaming along with the added bonus of Bluetooth and de-cluttering your desk - the MX Sound 2.0 speakers fit what I believe to be a large market segment's needs/wants.

These speakers were so awesome someone stole mine!
You read that right. I took these speakers to a friend's house for a late summer BBQ and as the party was shutting down my speakers left with their new owners. May a pox fall upon their home. I hope the new people are treating my speakers well because these were fantastic. Pairing with bluetooth was a breeze - just wave your hand in front of the speaker until the lights for volume and bluetooth illuminated then hold the bluetooth button down for about three seconds. The BT light would flash and be ready to pair with the next system. These speakers have amazing sound, a much "bigger sound" than you would think speakers of this size would produce. Personally I like the fact the the speakers were wired together so the could be seperated by about six feet or so but being wired there was no lag, just wonder, wonderful deep, rich sound. I highly recommend a pair but keep a close eye on yours and take a lesser pair of speakers to the next house party. Pictured: speakers in happier times.

Sound Quality for Price is Perfect, Additional functionality lacking.
For my price range I think these speakers were a fantastic deal. Each speaker has a integrated rear facing bass speaker. I found that great because i hate having a separate bass speaker that i need to find space on my floor for. The bass is not adjustable on the speakers. So if you like cranking up the bass this might not be for you. Putting the speakers through their paces with videos and a variety of music and a movie or two. I think I can safely say that the the bass you do get is perfect for even audiophiles as they help with low tones. If you do want to "feel the bass" with these speakers you will need to crank the volume all the way up.I felt like control options for these speakers is a little lacking. ExampleYou can connect a Computer, Bluetooth Devices, Aux Input devices, and head phones these speakers all at once. The speakers do not have controls on them that will let you specify which device you want to use at that time. Additionally there is no Bluetooth app to do that either. Worse yet, the speakers seems to favor having head phones plugged in. So if you want to play music from your phone to the speakers outload. You first need to disconnect your headphones. Then connect your phone via Bluetooth. The headphone jack is also located in the rear of the speaker. This is a bit un-ergonomic at least in my setup, as i first have to stand up, pickup the speaker, then unplug my headphones. If you use the AUX in line on these speakers it should be noted that you turn the speaker volume to their lowest setting first, then turn up the volume all the way up on the device you are using the aux line with. Then adjust the speaker volume. These speakers have a power saving/input switch mode where if the power levels/audio levels are not high enough it will turn off the aux input after 20 minutes.Overall i would recommend these speakers to people like my parents who are looking for high quality sound but don't want to break the bank. Of course that comes with the cavate that i will have to give them technical support on issues with the Aux in or switching audio sources.

Stylish and high quality speakers for your desk.
I've owned these speakers for a few months now and use them almost daily. I connect my laptop through a Thunderbolt 3 dock and the included 3.5 mm cable, and occasionally I will connect my phone via Bluetooth. Connection over Bluetooth is quick and the touch controls make pairing new devices easy. After being inactive for some time they will power down into hibernation, but most of the time simply playing audio will wake them up. However occasionally this won't work and I will have to wake them up by waving my hand near the right speaker to activate the touch control lights. I don't count this as a con because waving your hand to turn on music just feels so cool. The design, build quality, and sound quality are all fantastic. The sound quality in particular is surprisingly good. It wouldn't be a stretch to say that these are the best sounding desktop speakers I've owned. While they do not come with a subwoofer, the resonance chambers on the back do a great job representing the low end, and the mids and highs are both equally well suited to games, videos, and music.
