Q: My hat came with pins, how do you put them on the hat?

In my case, mine didn't came with pins I bought it separately I set the middle one raisin the velvet black ring of the cap, the eagle in the upper par of the cap it was more hard for the middle metal wire in side the cap beside the problem of keeping the pin in the middle

The hat is great; just not what is pictured and secondly I have a small head and the size they said would fit me runs larger than what is suggested. This is a no go for me. Buyer beware
