I have hard water in my house and my hair has really suffered from it! I can’t afford a water softener and I wasn’t sure what I could do to solve my problem. I have always taken care of my hair and it’s always been long. I had been using a good product on my hair for the shower and after for years but noticed living with hard water, I was losing a lot of hair in and out of the shower. I love Amazon because I know that they will have what I need and they did! I couldn’t believe how long it took me to figure out changing my hair products for hard water and was ecstatic about finding L’Oreal products for my problem. I ordered the shampoo, mask and leave in and crossed my fingers that it would work. This product does EXACTLY what it says it does and I’m never going back to anything else. It doesn’t take much product when washing and masking. It suds up very softly and clean feeling and doesn’t tangle when rinsing out. My hair already felt soft with just the shampoo. Application of the mask doesn’t take much and I left it on while shaving and then rinsed. My hair had no knots or tangles and I normally use a wide comb when applying conditioner and didn’t have to with the mask. It has a clean smell of citrus and isn’t overpowering. I then put a light bamboo towel on my hair for about ten minutes and then applied the leave in conditioner. Again, not much is needed. Combed through and air dried using the L’Oreal leave in mousse for air drying hair and the smell is very nice! All products combined have brought life back to my hair and it is so light that it doesn’t grease up your hair upon washing. I wash every 3-4 days depending but this line I feel so confident about that it’s gentle enough for everyday use. I really recommend and it’s worth the money!

Love everything about this set except for the cost!I have very long, fine, straight hair that's starting to grey near my temples. I don't color my hair - it's naturally dirty blonde.This smooths and softens my hair so beautifully! I wish the conditioning treatment was in a tube or a pump bottle instead of the tub. It's horribly difficult to get out and get the lid back on it while holding a scoop of this in the shower!

Could also be my hair - I only use this when I’m up north using well water. Gross. It does help. Not sure if the conditioner isn’t as softening or it’s just the water - could be the water

THIS STUFF IS SO AMAZING!!!. I hardly ever write reviews but I do read them, and this set coupled with the Pre-Shampoo Treatment has transformed my hair just below shoulder length hair with the very first use. I have spent soooo much money on expensive shampoos, conditioners, scalp treatments, vitamins, oils, leave ins, rice water, and protectants but nothing really helped my dry, fine flyaway hair. It would be a tangled mess when I woke up even though I use satin pillowcases. I never wash my hair every day, but I'd have to use a leave in every day. I rarely use heat on my hair to try to get it healthy - I blow-dry on cold. Not cool, but cold. I deep condition with a plastic hair bonnet and heat often. Nothing truly helped. If I let my hair airdry, it is a disaster, like I stopped caring about life. I hated to get caught in even light rain. I used the detox pre-treatment first as directed, leaving it in while I applied the shampoo which because of the pre-treatment still in being in my hair, I needed very little shampoo. When I washed the shampoo out, at that point my hair already felt smooth and conditioned, like I had already used a good conditioner. I NEVER experience that. Sometimes I have to double condition to get half of that feeling. I also used the detox conditioner. The dramatic difference in my hair is beyond my wildest hopes. I can effortlessly run my fingers through my hair getting out of bed, or at any point during the day. I can let my hair air dry and look fine. I am not trying to rip a hairbrush through my hair, pulling strands out along the way that I cannot afford to lose. It is not heavy or greasy. My hair is bouncy, soft and silky, and I notice less in the drain. I have lived in this house 20 years, and I get my hair foiled twice a year. It has only helped my color, and now I am going to get it done more often being that I am seeing more gray. It may seem expensive but so is having to try every product under the sun HOPING they will be the answer, and you can find this much cheaper elsewhere at online beauty supply sites, and with coupon codes and cash back.
