Haworth Very Office Chair with Height Adjustable Arms (Renewed)

The chair is a very solid buy for the price. High quality, comfortable, and sleek. However, the quality of refurbishment is suspect at best. My chair came with very loose-fitting clips securing the seat to the chair, meaning I have to pop them back in every week or so when they inevitably fall out. The armrests came with broken plastic clips and the armrests that weren't broken were improperly installed. The worst aspect of the refurbishment would probably be the chair's back which came slightly torn and started to tear more and more with light use. Great chair, but you might want to save up and buy it new.

No instructions on assembly and no instructions online and this chair is an older model that doesn’t have multidirectional arm movement like the never ones. Additionally-no reply when Amazon put in a request for directions to put this thing together. I have a tension screw that I have no idea where it was supposed to go so I’m using the chair without it. The chair itself is better than a cheap chair but I’ll probably get a better one when I can afford it.
