Digging through the many offers of Coral Calcium online is daunting. Everyone claiming their product is better than everyone elses. Or that their formulation is superior. I knew what I was looking for. This fit the bill. I prefer Coral Calcium to other forms mainly because it also contains all the trace minerals needed in human nutrition. No exaggerated claims by the seller and a great price point. What's not to love. Will buy more when needed.

That I could get them, the price was in range and they are not huge caps. I have ordered Coral Calcium from other places and it takes longer to get them and they don't always have them.

It is similar to Nature's Bounty Coral Calcium that the manufacturer stopped making. I my mother uses it to keep her from getting gout as often. It seems to work as well as the Nature's Bounty. The only difference was that the Nature Bounty coral calcium came from Japan while this Coral Calcium comes from the Caribbean. This coral calcium is not made from shellfish which is important if you have gout, since a gout attack can be triggered by shellfish.

I bought this, Coral Calcium Complex by Amazing Formulas, for osteoporosis. Tried it for about 3 weeks and it is creating the same swelling in my hands as Fosamax (a Rx for osteoporosis). I had been prescribed Fosamax for about a year when my left hand, especially my fingers, swelled-up, I lost strength and couldn't make a fist. I also got diarrhea. So I quit taking the Fosamax and shortly thereafter my hands went back to normal. I called the drug company and was advised to continue, but at half dose. I did this (half dose) and my hands (fingers) within weeks swelled again. So I stopped taking it, again, but this time my hands did not go back to normal. My fingers were so swollen I couldn't make a fist for years. My doctor told me I had arthritis, but I said, "No, it's from the Fosamax." Now, about four years (after quitting the half-dose of Fosamax) my joints are almost normal (80% maybe.) Unfortunately, I still have diarrhea, which is controlled by opiates but now they're cutting back on that so welcome back diarrhea. Well, I am returning this Coral Calcium Complex because it made my right index finger swell to double its size, it cracks, and it hurts.I am (once again) going back to Garden of Life Organic Plant calcium, in supplement with another calcium that I have been using for years that is Coral Calcium by GNC (also rather pricey.) These two together actually IMPROVED my osteoporotic condition (as revealed in my bone scan). The Garden of Life Organic Plant Calcium is like double the price (maybe triple), but I should not have quit what worked.

Have always liked this brand of coral calcium.

These coral calcium vitamins are great. No extra additive in this capsule like others. Took a month to make my fingernails to grow back but I was only taking one a day to begin with. I would recommend this vitamin

The front of the bottle says," 1,000 MG per serving however on the back of bottle says something else. "2 capsules of Coral Calcium has only 370 mg, and the calcium is from 1,000 MG of Caribbean Coral Calcium."I bought this calcium product so I wouldn't have to take more than 4 capsules to equal 2,000 MG. With this false advertising of the brand "Amazing Formulas," looks like I get to take more.I like to buy products that are made in USA, like it says also on the front label, however can I trust that, since on the back label says, " manufactured for & distributed by Amazing Nutrition?"I don't buy products that are false advertising on purpose.
