Retrospec Chatham 20” & 24” Kids’ Beach Cruiser Bike 20 or 24inch Wheel Childrens Bicycle for 6-8 and 8-11 Year Old Girls and Boys with Coaster Brake, Adjustable Seat and Handlebars

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son a few months prior to December. When we finally opened and assembled the day after Christmas we filled the tires and sat it in the living room. A few days later when we took it out for a spin I noticed the tires were soft! I found it strange ....so we filled them both again. We went out for a bike ride and again, both of the tires became flat!I contacted the company via telephone and they asked for photos, which I promptly sent. Their response was "Thanks for contacting us, We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your order. We generally do not cover flat tires but as a one time courtesy we can send out a couple inner tubes"......One time courtesy? I mean you all sent us defective tires! So it definitely should be covered. Anyway, the color of the bike is nice and but overall just from my experience for paying almost 300$ I expected more.I won't be ordering from this company again.
