I’ll never go back to regular pasta. Banza is flavorful and sturdy. I’ve ordered a whole pantry full. Goes great with my homemade marinara. Great texture. Test a noodle at the dome point according to package direction. Sometimes it needs an extra minute or may be perfectly al dente. I’ve used it in cassaroles and does not get limp or sticky. Perfect for a grain free diet. But honestly I prefer this pasta over regular

Banza pasta looks like pasta and cooks like pasta. I won't pretend it's as good as traditional pasta, but it's close. It's certainly the best of the veggie pastas that I've had. I've ordered it a few times and will continue to use Banza products.

I received this pasta a few weeks ago and was excited to try it. I cooked it and only added a little bit of olive oil and shredded Parmesan cheese afterwards. My husband and liked it very much. There was plenty for both of us and some leftover for my salad for lunch the next day. The texture is exactly like regular pasta, the taste is a little different.

This tastes good. It isn’t low carb but has a lower glycemic impact than wheat. The texture is not quite traditional, and it doesn’t forgive over cooking. Good, though.

Tried this out as a healthier alternative to wheat based pasta. We are very happy with this product, as regular pasta has no real vitamin and mineral content, this product does and has 20% less Carbs.

Beware: Mothers Across America says testing showed this product contained glyphosate herbicide levels at 2,963 ppb — “the highest amount of glyphosate in human food the lab has recorded.”

Love this pasta. I think that Banza does the best job regarding taste and consistency. It's hard to tell the difference between this chickpea pasta and regular. LOVE IT

Absolutely love this gluten free, vegan pasta!!! My son has been trying to go gluten free and is so thrilled he can now have pasta!! We love Banza. Try it!!
