Q: Hey all, I am looking to freeze these breads for gifts (thanksgiving and xmas) Would these freeze well if I wrapped them in plastic and a ziplock bag?

I use these every year. I wrap the top of the bread in foil, then put the whole thing in a ziploc freezer bag. Just make sure it's a freezer bag and not a regular storage bag. They freeze just fine and the bread is perfect when defrosted.

Q: I just received my baking pans and am looking forward to using them. I did not receive any instructions as listed. Can you share them?

Was not happy with them. They leaked a small amount onto my oven and smoked like crazy. I was baking pumpkin bread at 350 degrees so it wasn't crazy hot. I would not buy these again. I loved the way that they looked for holiday gift giving but will now stick to traditional pans.
