These are sturdy enough to cut through size #4 - #6 hooks, such as those on Blue Fox spinners and spoons - so that treble hooks can be switched out for single Siwash hooks. This is the purpose for which I got these. Comfortable grips, too.

Not stainless steel
Bought these looking for stainless as they describe them they are nickel plated. They will rust. Go a different route if your looking for stainless

Slightly disappointed
These have a good feel, but after cutting 3 or 4 hooks, the tips are already a little bit damaged. I'll probably try the hardware store for the next set.
