I really like this compression sock. I broke my fibula last September and went from a cast, boot, brace to compression sock. This sock is very comfortable and the color is great. It doesn't scream....she is wearing a compression sock. I also would like to add that the company was very responsive. The sock is of good quality and reasonably priced. I used the chart to measure my foot and ordered a medium; however, when I tried it on, I was disappointed as it was not tight enough. I have other socks so I just thought I would keep it if for some reason someone else in the family might need it. Well, then I get an e-mail from customer service regarding my thoughts on their product. I told them I apparently ordered the wrong size. They said no problem, they would send me a small. They did and it is perfect. Great company!!! So, if your shoe size is 6 1/2, you probably need a small to get the compression you need.

TL;DR: not quite enough compression for me at recommended size, but possibly quite useful for less athletic pursuits. Well-made and otherwise seems like a good product.The Long VersionI'll lead by nothing that I'm a professional dancer, so I'm fairly finicky about things like ankle supports. For light everyday use, these are probably fine in the recommended sizing. They're also useful as a layer to wear over a taped ankle in order to keep the tape in place.I ordered according to sizing instructions, but found that at the recommended size, the compression is too light to be useful in supporting a mild ankle strain while continuing to rehearse a show that opens at the end of this month.If your daily life is less physically demanding, they might be perfect for you, so they're still worth a try as light compression sleeves.I think if I ordered one size smaller, they might work for me. However, the doubled-over band at the top might then be too tight. Either way, I've found a different product that works almost perfectly for me.That said, I do plan to keep them. I think they might be useful for air travel and very possibly for use to prevent ankle and shin abrasions while training on dance trapeze, lyra, and other aerial apparatus, aassuming that the apparatus doesn't peel them off (I'll try to report back on that).

I use this to cover my ankle tattoo that can't be shown at work. It's really comfortable and works to cover and also gives amazing support.

This is a good product and works well. However, I could only give it three stars because I can’t seem to find the size I need. I bought some several years ago, and ordered the same size M, but they are too tight, so I ordered the next size up L, and they are uncomfortably tight so I don’t think it is a good idea to wear them. I don’t know if the material changed over the years or what is going on, but I hesitate to order this brand again in XL. I am 5’2 and weigh 132.

This Compression Ankle Brace is great! We had issues with getting the correct size. We ordered two pair of small braces/socks, but Amazon distribution kept sending everything except small size. After 3 delivery/returns, finally got one pair of small. The company customer service rep contacted us about the problem. They are working with Amazon to solve the size problem. Meanwhile, they shipped a 2nd small pair directly to us. My wife loves this ankle brace/sock. She wears them about 12-14 hours every day. They keep the swelling down in her ankles and helps her feel safe when standing and walking! We highly recommend the SPOTBRACE Medical Compression Breathable Ankle Support Men Women Brace/Socks.

Seriously the best thing I’ve ever bought. These compression sleeves have saved my life more than once. My ankles tend to get pretty swollen to the point it’s painful and uncomfortable. These sleeves seem to ease the pain & stress of it all. I’m able to walk comfortably and be on my feet longer.

These ankle supports are very nice to touch, but they do not provide advertised 30-40 compression. I have issues with circulation and have to wear compression garments a lot. These are maybe 20-30 at best. I made a purchase after I measured myself according to provided charts.So, if you need 30-40 compression, these are not for you.
