Perfect fit on an 40" LG C3
I wanted to get my 40" LG C3 off my desk and the old monitor arm didn't have a VESA mount larger enough for the TV. Got this adapter to fit the mount and it worked flawlessly. Holes lined up. The included spacers and bolts were sufficient to get the job done.

exactly what I was looking for
I just got a new TV and the set up on the swing arm we have was too small. We weren't sure if we wanted to get extender arms or this plate. After fussing over it for a day, the decision was made to go with this and I'm happy we did. This plate is made very well. The screws that hold it to the smaller plate are flat a recessed into the larger plate keeping it flat and smooth against the TV. It actually came with all the installation screws for the majority of TV's. We're very happy with our decision to buy this item.

Great for installing a bass shaker to a sim racing rig!
I used this to install a Dayton Audio BST-1 under my sim racing rig seat! It fit perfectly since my seat mount is 400mm wide! No drilling required. See photos.

Works for my purpose

Works great with the Desky Heavy Duty Single Monitor Arm (11kg+) and LG C2 42"
Like the other reviewer mentioned, this works flawlessly with the LG C2 42" and the Desky heavy monitor arm. The C2 42" has a slight bulge on the rear left so I had to use the supplied spacers for the VESA plate, but it all works perfectly. Excellent quality, extremely solid.

Good quality product
Solid and quality product with easy to follow instructions. I needed the extra weight to meet minimum weight requirements of my heavy duty monitor arm so the extra heft was the main selling point for me. Used on a LG C2 42 and an arm from Desky.

Works with 48 inch monitor and Ergotron HX
Mounted to an LG 48GQ900 with an Ergotron HX. Installation was simple. The holes are tapered to allow the screw heads to sit flush and avoid scratching.
