great product
Work great. My neighbors don't hate me anymore. Been dropping a crap ton of weight on them in my basement wooden/tractor mat platform, and they work just the same as the expensive ones. The only barbell noise now when i roll them off the blocks to the floor, but my neighbors dont' hear it. I also use them on top of my metal rogue jerk blocks and they stop all the noise.... if you have those jerk blocks, you'd know how impressive it is that these pads reduce their sound almost completely. Just make sure you use them ZIPPERS DOWN to preserve longevity.

Pretty darn good
The media could not be loaded. These pads seem to be heavy duty so far. Have about a handful of uses from deads to weights landing from overhead. Video is kind of shotty lighting, but pay attention to the sound and the amount of give at the end.I have a 4 instead of a 5 star because I noticed one of my pads is quite softer than the other. I can feel the difference in weight and the density as well. Don’t love that.Great pads overall though

They muffle the sound, but...
Bought these to muffle deadlifts, not Olympic lifts.Yes, they do a great job of muffling the sound of deadlifts; I can't even hear them land. So my family and the neighbors are glad I got them. But I needed to build a platform from a pallet to stand at the same height as the mats. And I would never land a barbell on the mats themselves. I put three layers of 3/4" horse stall mats on top, but the weight still sinks into the mats. That makes it damn difficult to load even 405 on the barbell, even with a deadlift wedge. And if there's a way to use my deadlift jack with these mats, I haven't figured it out.So I use these to deadlift in the early morning on my light-pull days. For heavy pulls, I shift my workout for the afternoon and lift off the platform as God intended.
