I've had GERD, acid reflux issues for over 20 years. Recently have had flare ups especially at night in bed. I tried a gazillion non Rx, so called natural, organic products yet none have ever worked or given lasting relief. Never! This Black Seed Oil has definitely helped, little to no reflux, no acid burn even after eating mildly spicy food. I don't eat SPICY, mostly because of so many years with GERD. I'm honestly impressed after taking 1 pill per day with food for about 2 weeks now. This product does not work immediately nor does it work for occasional reflux. The key is definitely taking it every day for a few weeks. No side effects at all. Easy to swallow, no taste if swallowed quickly. (otherwise just a hint of black pepperish taste). Definitely recommended!!

I was introduced to Black Seed Oil by my daughter. She gave me a bottle of tincture of Black Seed Oil and it is quite possibly the worst tasting oil in the world....so, I opted for capsules. There is still a strong odor, but fortunately the taste is very slight and after a couple sips of coffee or juice it's gone. As for the effects, I'm healthy and feel like this oil is contributing to that. I would recommend.

these truly changed my life. i’ve constantly had to clear my chest for as long as i can remember. i’m 24 and can remember it back to middle school.recently got a cat and had horrible allergic asthma from him. realized i also have environmental allergies + dogs, making sense why i had allergic asthma symptoms throughout life.anyway, i couldn’t breathe / sleep with the cat and tried everything (zyrtec, humidifier, air purifier, allergen wash + spray, bathing the cat) but nothing really worked like this stuff.95% of the mucus in my lungs that i’ve dealt with for years is gone. and now, i’m totally fine around the cat, he even sleeps right next to me.probably will take this for the rest of my life. only downside is i’m not sure the log term effects of it. i don’t really want to take breaks because i will say it took about 3 weeks of consistent use to notice a change!
