I’m a senior petite female and can manage this setup in my own. I live in sn old house and no central air it’s a triplex so the best thing is the rolling air conditioner.easy to use. I like that it’s also great as a dehumidifier!

Out of all the units I've ever purchased this is by far the most expensive and the worse. I wish I could return it.

I have 2 zone central AC system but 2nd floor system is broken, needs replacement. I decided to get portable unit for temporary solution. The rooms in my house are large with high ceilings. I purchased 3 Delonghi units 700 sq/ft, 550 sq/ft and this model 500 sq/ft. It is very quiet compare to other models but the cool power is not adequate. In my opinion, Air coming out from the unit doesn’t feel cold enough.The delivery experience was ok. Amazon freight delivery guys were very nice. I saw the box was laid sideway means I have to sit the unit for at least 24 hours before I can turn it on. When I saw the box, it looked beat up. I lifted the top box to reveal the AC, I see minor scratches here and there. I was questioning myself if this is brand new unit. I see little gap on the top of the unit it looked someone opened the unit and didn’t put it back properly. Also there are two questionable broken plastic pieces on bottom of the box. I’m deciding if I should get the replacement. My purchase experience on this product is not quite happy.Overall it is great product.

Arrived broken

Very loud on all modes. Cools just ok. Electric bill almost doubled. I would suggest a window unit over this if you are trying to decide which way to go.
