I wanted to add a vent to some doors so that I could keep them closed without back-pressure from from AC unit. It was easy to install and seems to do the trick. I was a little disappointed that it did not come with screws, but that is understandable since doors vary in width and might be hard to match.

Still might work out, but it would be nice if it came with the screws. Probably just gonna use a few 1" wood screws.

The vent is easy to fit and install. The color is exactly the same as my door so it looks perfect and fits right in. As others have mentioned, it does not come with any screws, I'd recommend looking for #4 1-1/4" screws, with the smallest head possible to fit in the screw pocket.This is what I bought, I couldn't find them in a smaller quantity so I have a lot of extra now. 😆https://a.co/d/8QonCoe

These door vent grills are pretty good looking and feel like a quality products. Yes, it is a plastic piece, but it doesn't feel cheap. I am an HVAC contractor and I've installed a good number of these grills this year. It does help with the air flow, but don't expect too much from these grills. By my estimation this grill allows ~80-90 CFM of air. Yes, its better than nothing, but if you have a good size room with no air return you will be better off if you install an appropriate air return ducts with the registers. This grill does a good job for closets, bathrooms, pantry...

We installed 5. After the first one and some head scratching the rest were easy. Air flow is greatly improved. 2 of our bedrooms have cold air returns. We placed these at the bottoms of the doors and it’s really helped
