Q: Is this product supposed to come it’s the net pocket in the picture? Mine did not come with it

Mine did as well, first I thought it was the bottom insert of the cooler only I flipped it over and saw the pockets.

Q: Has anyone tried this on a Hobie Vantage seat? How does it fit?

Seems to work on any style raised kayak seat . We have tried this in a eddyline seat, a native seat and a pelican catch seat . So I would say more than likely

Bungee cords hold the front pocket on and then four more hold it to the chair

Q: Will this fit behind a wilderness pungo seat?

I think only the beach chair style seat
